This is a demonstration of the fast decomposition of the chemical called hydrogen peroxide.
One bottle of hydrogen peroxide is added to an empty transparent bottle of one liter capacity.
A few drops of food color and soap are added and swished well to mix them together. In a separate small dish, mix two spoons of yeast with half of a glass of lukewarm water,and pour that mixture into the bottle.
It acts as a catalyst and the fast decomposition of hydrogen peroxide starts immediately. As a result the foam escape through the mouth of the bottle which is a feast to the eyes of the viewers.
